Board of Directors IVCCD is a public, tax-supported institution governed by a locally-elected Board of Directors representing seven Director Districts throughout our geographical area (Hardin, Marshall, Poweshiek and most of Tama County, plus small portions of six adjoining counties). The Director Districts are composed of 14 local K-12 school district boundaries. Our Board members are elected to serve as policy-makers and oversee the academic and budgetary policies of this institution. Current Board members represent Director Districts as follows: Director District I: Larry W. Johnson, Vice Chairman (All that portion lying within Ackley-Geneva-Wellsburg-Steamboat Rock, Alden, and Iowa Falls School Districts.) Director District II: Debra Johnson (All that portion lying within BCLUW, Eldora-New Providence, Gladbrook-Reinbeck, and Hubbard-Radcliffe School Districts.) Director District III: Delbert Kellogg (All that portion lying within the East Marshall, Green Mountain-Garwin School Districts, and that portion of the Marshalltown School District lying within the First Ward in the City of Marshalltown, LeGrand and Marion/Vienna precincts in Marshall County of said school district.) Director District IV: Deborah Jones (All that portion lying within the West Marshall Community School District and the Marshalltown Community School District in the Second Ward in the City of Marshalltown and Iowa/Taylor, Jefferson, Liscomb, Eden/Logan, Marietta/Washington and Timber Creek precincts in said school district.) Director District V: Conrad Dejardin, Chairman (All that portion lying within the Marshalltown Community School District in the Third and Fourth Wards in the City of Marshalltown in said school district.) Director District VI: Yvonne F. Mallory (All that portion lying within the South Tama Community School District, the Brooklyn-Guernsey-Malcom Community School District and the portion of the Grinnell-Newburg Community School District lying within Chester and Sheridan precincts in Poweshiek County and Hickory Grove/Kellogg, Mariposa/Rock Creek precinct in Jasper County.) Director District VII: Paul William Pohlson (All that portion lying within the Montezuma Community School District and the portion of the Grinnell-Newburg Community School District lying within the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Wards in the City of Grinnell and Grant, Malcom and Washington precincts in Poweshiek County and Lynn Grove/Richland precinct in Jasper County.) Tim Wynes, IVCCD Chancellor. Ex-officio, non-voting. Dan Gillen, Treasurer. IVCCD Chief Financial Officer, non-voting. Barbara Jennings, Administrative Assistant to the IVCCD Chancellor/Board Secretary. Non-voting.
