Time to Step It Up!
Earn college credits while still in high school with
IVCCD's Dual Credit program!
You can get a head start on your college future by taking classes for high school and college credit at the same time! You will save time and money and get to explore career options, all before graduating from high school. To find out what courses are available to you, contact your high school guidance counselor.
In 2008-09, 1,237 students just like you enrolled in dual credit classes. Total credit hours was 8,379.5. These credits would have cost students (and parents!) $1.1 million!

One-Year AA Degree - Some dual credit high school students are able to complete an AA degree in just one year after high school! Careful planning in your early years of high school can get you on the right track to completing enough credit in high school so you will only have one year of coursework to complete after graduation!
