Computer Applications in Business
A variety of office and computer skills are needed in today's rapidly changing office environment. The applicant who is up-to-date with those skills is heads above other applicants. Good writing, communication and problem-solving skills are also valued qualities.
Employment of general office workers is expected to grow about as fast as average for all occupations. Prospects are greatest for those who have knowledge of basic computer applications and office machinery. Most job opportunities result from employment growth and high replacement needs.
