ECC has lowest average student debt load in Iowa!

According to an article in the April 15, 2012 issue of The Des Moines Register, students at Ellsworth Community College graduate with the LOWEST AVERAGE STUDENT DEBT LOAD of any college in the state ... that includes all the other community colleges, the Regent universities, and all the private colleges!

And why, you ask, does Ellsworth Community College have the lowest average student debt load in the state? We attribute it to the many generous scholarships offered through the Ellsworth College Foundation. These scholarships, combined with federal and state financial aid packages, benefit hundreds of our students each year.
