Hybrid Technology
Hybrid technology has arrived in the auto industry. The new technology requires some training for the average consumer to operate and maintain the vehicle efficiently. For the auto technician, up-to-date training in this technology is essential to service the hybrid vehicle safely and correctly. Iowa Valley Continuing Education is the first community college to offer training on hybrid technology for both gas and electric hybrids. Auto technicians can learn how to safely service and repair the new hybrids on the market today by attending the introductory and advanced hybrid technology classes.
