IVCE Conference Facilities in Marshalltown
Marshalltown's Iowa Valley Continuing Education Conference Center is one of Central Iowa's greatest assets. Conveniently located in Central Iowa, just 60 minutes from Des Moines, 45 minutes from Ames, and 90 minutes from Cedar Rapids, the facility offers a variety of options to accommodate small group meetings of 8 to 10 to conventions of 200-300 persons. Rental fees vary on the type of event, number of rooms required, technologies and technical assistance required.

Planning Services
IVCE focuses on customer service. We help determine which facility best meets your needs. We provide conference planning and coordination services and appropriate room set up services, marketing materials, and hand-outs. We prepare bids and quotes for your event based on the facilities and services you use.
Catering Services
We will arrange for catering services. For reservations: estimate the number of guests; give one week advance notice when possible; a 48-hour guarantee is required; the caterer prepares 5% above guarantee; and invoices are sent after the event.
Service options include a basic buffet with price quotes based on disposable products; deluxe buffet adds 10% for china service and linen and tables are bussed; and a deluxe sit-down adds 15% for china service, linen, and meals served to groups of 20 to 75 people.
