Shape up at the MCC Fitness Center!
The state-of-the-art MCC Fitness Center is located on the second floor of the new MCC Student Activity Center. The Fitness Center provides equipment for students, faculty and staff to enjoy,
including 15 pieces of Precor cardio equipment (treadmills; elliptical trainers; upright bicycles; and 2 adaptive motion trainers, the newest Precor piece that combines a stair stepper and elliptical trainer). The Center also offers two sets of selectorized weight training equipment, including one circuit of Paramount Strength and one circuit of Hoist Roc-it. In total, the MCC
Fitness Center includes 23 pieces of strength equipment, plus light dumbbells and a rowing machine. The Center also features a 1/10 mile rubberized running/jogging/walking track.
The MCC Fitness Center is open to current MCC students (current student ID is required for admittance) at no cost. Faculty and staff interested in purchasing a membership can contact Bianca Greazel (5667) or Neil Hayhurst (5670).
