Tigers move back to win column
OSKALOOSA, IA - Sophomore Shantal Tobler (Green Grove Springs, FL) put up her first career triple double as the MCC women's basketball team (5-10, 0-3) moved back to the win column with a 79-57 win over William Penn University JV.
Three Tiger women scored in double digits, led by sophomore Mady Van Metre (Marshalltown, IA), with 18 points. Freshman Mackenzie Gott (Oskaloosa, IA) scored 17, followed by fellow freshman Ashley Salgado with 15.
Tobler led the Tigers on the boards with 10. Gott also held the second place with rebounds pulling down 9 of her own, just missing a double-double.
